What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in media leadership (e.g., station manager, newscast director, or production director).

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

  • A solid understanding of technical, legal, and operational aspects of media programming.

  • Familiarity with production methods, distribution channels, and entertainment platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the confidence to delegate effectively.
