NSFAS Online Application 2026 – NSFAS Bursary

NSFAS Online Application 2025/2026 – NSFAS Bursary. Are you in need of financial support to study at a tertiary institution? The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) provides bursaries and loans for eligible students.

NSFAS is funded by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and is designed to assist students who cannot afford tertiary education and are unable to access bank funding, study loans, or bursaries.

Important Notes

  • NSFAS financial support was previously offered as a loan, requiring repayment once the recipient was employed.

  • If you passed all subjects, 40% of the funding was converted into a bursary.
