Digital Account Manager Job Description, We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who’s passionate about helping clients grow online. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients regarding their digital presence. From brainstorming creative campaigns to analyzing results, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients not only achieve their goals but also feel supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to gain a thorough understanding of their goals and challenges.

Oversee social media and online activity, spotting areas where clients can improve.

Share ideas and training on social media best practices when clients need extra guidance.

Track campaign performance—things like conversions and cost-per-click—and explain what’s working and what’s not.

Write clear and simple reports so clients always know how their campaigns are performing.

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar.

Bonus points if you’ve got a certification in digital marketing.

Around 3+ years of experience managing digital accounts or a similar role.

A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms (think Facebook, Instagram, X, email campaigns, etc.).

Comfortable using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.

A great communicator who enjoys building relationships and explaining complex ideas clearly.
